It is no news that the lemon and parsley are extremely healthy foods. But what they do combined, is a real miracle.

The parsley in daily food preparation is an excellent ally of health as it is added to dishes as a supplement mainly for flavor.

Parsley contains two groups of specific ingredients, it is very important for our health. The first group of ingredients includes natural essential oils, and the other group includes flavonoids. With all this, it is immensely rich source of vitamins C, A and K, so it is recommended to consume more for the flu season and the flu.

The recipe for the beverage:


   Ø  5 liters of water
   Ø  3 bunch of parsley
   Ø  1 kg of lemons
   Ø  Baking soda


Rub well the lemon peel with baking soda to remove impurities from it. However, try to use local, unsprayed lemon.

Boil water and leave to cool.

Cut the lemon into slices and chop the parsley and add cold water.

Cover the mixture and let it stay for a day in the refrigerator.
