How much pop do you drink in one day? Maybe you only drink 1 or 2 cans of pop per day, but what about juice drinks? Or sweet coffee or tea? Have you ever really taken a serious look at how much sugar you are putting into your body on a daily basis?

Well, if you haven't that's okay, but this man, George Prior, did. Prior conducted an experiement where he drank 10 cans of Coca-Cola every day for one month. And his results were pretty visible.

He has his own website dedicated to this experiment, so be sure to follow the link below to get more information about why he did this and all the health information you want!

You might be thinking that 10 cans of coke every day is too high a number, that the average person wouldn't drink that much soda.

While you might not drink 10 cans of coke a day, you might drink a couple while also drinking other sugary drinks on top of it.

In order to see the effect the sugary drink had on his body, he kept everything else in his diet and workout routine the exact same.

He started at 168 pounds.

And the scale quickly jumped up.

And it continued to climb.

And George continued to drink the pop every day.

At the end of the experiment, he weighed about 190 pounds.

Yep, that's a little over 20 pounds in one month just by adding Coca-cola to his diet.

So why did he do it?

Prior said, "In short, to raise awareness about how much sugar you drink every day, and to remind you how unhealthy it is.”

His experiment is pretty eye opening, and if you would like to know more, be sure to check out his website below:
